Key Responsibilities
- Obtain customer rooming lists, via TC, inputting into the booking system and sending to suppliers in line with the deadlines.
- Request Tour Information from customers and ensuring information is passed to all relevant suppliers.
- Obtain regular tour updates from customers, via TC, in line with procedures.
- Screen departmental calls, when necessary.
- Assist with booking Eurotunnel crossings for the team when booking periods open.
- Deal with ferry confirmations for the team including checking, attaching and sending customer ferry confirmations. Applies to P&O, Eurotunnel, Stena Line, Irish Ferries & DFDS for day sailings only.
- Provide holiday cover & support to the Creative Administrator, creating and distributing the customer tour travel packs.
- Additional administrative support when required.
