B2B Marketing Copy Executive Job Profile

Role Overview

Look after the copy for Albatross Travel hotels and itineraries on a rolling basis, maintaining consistency of style across all platforms, ensuring it is up-to-date online, on BS4 and for brochures. Continually review all hotel stock to ensure copy is written, accurate and available for promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit and proofread copy for the UK and Continental Europe brochures and as applicable for the Winter planner
• Manage all itinerary copy, refresh as required, research confirmed attractions and create copy
• Create copy as required for e-shots, to maintain consistency of style (except London)
• Manage all hotel copy, create new and re-write as necessary to refresh and ensure consistency
• Update copy during brochure production from Contract Manager’s Product Checks
• Liaise with Contract Managers on content for e-shots and brochures
• Assist with quotes when required
• Demonstrate the Albatross Way on a daily basis

• Excellent written skills and grammar with the ability to copy craft and create new copy
• Experience of brochure production
• Excellent attention to detail

• A people person, with the ability to adapt your style to your audience

• Ability to work as part of a team and build effective co-working relations, whilst being able to work unsupervised and still deliver volume of work and to deadlines
