The heart of Win-Win, as a value, lies in doing things in a way that focuses on solutions, that build trusted relationships and creates outcomes from which everyone benefits; there is more than enough to go round.
Our values are not used in isolation at the expense of the other two, our values only work when they are used together in harmony. If we get the balance between Professional and Human right, where everyone knows what to expect and gets something out of it, we are on to a Win-Win.
