We work with our suppliers and business partners to provide our customers with hassle-free tours and holidays. Everyone is equally important to us. We care about the service that we offer to them all.
Our customers travel directly with us through our consumer-facing brands and others experience what we provide through our partners. The expertise and service provided by our suppliers is instrumental in helping us deliver. The journey our people take with Albatross is the magic that brings it all together. We think of them all as travelling “with us”. We take responsibility for them all.
We make sure that those travelling in our groups are treated as those who travel with us independently – as individuals. The same goes for our people and the way we work with our suppliers and business partners. We see everyone as a human being, who deserves individual service and attention. The only exception is when such treatment isn’t fair and consistent, or it contradicts company policy.

We care about the experience that we offer those who travel with us – not out of a sense of obligation, but because we truly believe that it is the right thing to do.
