Role Overview
Sell and look after a selection of tours, created by the Contracting and Group relations team, ensuring that they accurately meet both the consumer and supplier expectations. Continually build and improve relationships with our customers and suppliers (including visits when required).

Key Responsibilities
- Deal with a wide selection of incoming sales enquiries from clients and consumers, this includes taking new bookings and producing quotes
- Control all holiday tours from the moment they are sold to our clients until they have travelled, ensuring that all elements of the tour have been booked in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines/response times and client travel packs are posted on time.
- Work closely with the Route planning and operations coordinator to ensure travel packs are correct and dispatched to clients no later than 4 weeks prior to tour departure. This also includes making sure all clients have paid their final balances before travel packs are dispatched
- Chase up any overdue balances for clients
- Process initial level complaints and escalate to Management if necessary.
- Attend tours as well as car/trade shows when required to meet clients and improve product knowledge
- Demonstrates the Albatross Way on a daily basis
