We are seeking a Supply & Service Supervisor to join our dynamic Team. This position is a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic customer-focused Supervisor. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a small team environment.
You will have supporting responsibility for the management of the Supply & Service Team in conjunction with the Director of Product Development & Supplier Relations.
Working closely with the Training & Quality Standards Leader and the Director of Product Development & Supplier Relations, the Supply & Service Supervisor will assist with management of workloads among the Supply & Service Team on a day to day basis. Helping to delegate work and tasks amongst the team and assisting with ensuring all procedures are consistently followed, response times are adhered to and to maintain minimum standards.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Day to day management of the Supply & Service Team including the distribution of workload and cover; Day to day line management of direct reports including active mentoring to develop skills and competence through one to one’s and Performance Reviews (in conjunction with the Director of Product Development & Supplier Relations); Maintenance of TIF (Tour Issues and Feedback) including generating monthly TIF reports for the B2B Division and maintaining records on TIF ensuring they are closed off within deadlines liaising with Sales Team as necessary; Assist the Training & Quality Standards Leader to ensure that all supply & service procedures are reviewed and kept up to date and any new procedures are documented; Assist with New Starter Inductions & overviews for sales focused staff, where necessary; Assist the Director of Operations, Director of Product Development & Supplier Relations and the Training & Quality Standards Leader, to implement, monitor and wherever possible, improve the effectiveness of internal procedures and systems within the Division, focusing on the implementation of ‘best practice’ at all levels. Deliver the highest levels of client service to the Albatross Travel client & supplier base; Taking the out of hour’s phone as per the yearly rota (minimum twice per year); Training new and existing staff within the department.
