We are seeking a Senior Supply & Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Team. This position is a great opportunity for a coordinator with a track record of effective workload management and communication. The Senior Supply & Service Coordinator’s role is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of key contract information to support the activities of the various Commercial Teams (brands) throughout the Albatross Group whilst building, nurturing and maintaining key supplier relationships.

 

The Supply & Service Coordinators are part of a service focused Supply & Service Team, facilitating the professional, transparent, accurate and seamless communication of contract and supplier information.  The Supply & Service Coordinator will take responsibility for designated geographic areas and the resolution of supplier queries & issues within those areas.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

The collation, loading and maintenance of supplier and marketing information, including but not limited to contracts and knowledge transfer documents including SID/VIGs; Release and update supplier allocations, working with both the individual brands, contract managers and reservations coordinators to manage allocations effectively; Pro-actively review the performance for suppliers, liaising with the relevant brand and Contract Manager; Communicate and liaise with all the individual brands, ensuring that accurate and up to date information relating to their product requirements is made readily available to them; Working closely with the Contract Managers to pro-actively manage the expectations of each brand with regards to the delivery of their respective product requirements; Be the primary point of contact for contracted suppliers and individual brands for general enquiries; Generating reports and statistics for key suppliers and members of the Group Contracting Team.

In conjunction with the relevant Contract Manager, build, maintain and support relationships with relevant key suppliers; Deliver the highest levels of client service to the Albatross Travel client & supplier base.
