We are seeking a Website and Copywriting Controller to join our dynamic Team. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced copywriter with a track record of effective workload management and communication. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a small team environment.
The Website & Copywriting Controller is responsible for the creation, management and timely delivery of all marketing material across all marketing channels for Success Tours. Furthermore, they will work with the General Manager & Sales Manager to ensure that Success Tours have an excellent range of inspiring and value for money products and services to offer the market.
You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to contribute to a team environment as well as being enthusiastic and passionate about the role. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in a dynamic environment, at a business that cares about its employees.
Competencies for success – candidates MUST have:
- Experience in managing website content through a content management system
- Knowledge of Craft CMS, creating web ready images
- Understanding how word style WYSIWYG editor works
- A high degree of initiative, creativity and independence coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills to implement plans and meet deadlines
- Experience in copywriting
- Ability to use, manage and interact with social media platforms
- Good commercial awareness and analytical skills to drive marketing decisions
- Accomplished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; both verbally and in writing
- Excellent IT skills including proficient word-processing speed, desktop publishing skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe CS6 suite including Photoshop, Mailchimp, Indesign
- A dynamic self-starter constantly demonstrating confidence and initiative
- High level of customer service excellence and attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A passion for travel and an interest in improving knowledge of both mainland Europe and UK & Ireland
- Self-motivated with a desire to motivate others
- Imaginative problem solving skills
- Willingness to accept responsibility for error and to learn from mistakes
- A professional team player, who at all times acts as an ambassador for the Albatross Group
- The ability to listen and offer guidance to best match products to customers’ needs
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for uploading and managing website content; Responsible for copywriting, creating itineraries and destinations, generating client specific flyers; Responsible for managing our social media presence and improve our brand awareness; Responsible for marketing our product portfolio to our database and/or advertising channels; Responsible for all Success Tours PR.
