We are currently seeking a Tour Coordinator/Administrator to join Success Tours, an award-winning group tour operator which is part of the Albatross Group.

 

Role Overview

Our Tour Coordinator/Administrator plays an important role, working closely with your dedicated clients and suppliers building collaborative relationships to deliver outstanding tours.  To get a real understanding, client and supplier visits will be an essential part of your role as you will be responsible for coordinating all their tours and reconciling the finances whilst ensuring compliance with company procedures and processes at all times.

Skills for Success

 

 

This is a full-time role, based in our offices in Trowbridge. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (however additional hours will be required due to the nature of the role) in Trowbridge.
