Role Overview
Support your account manager with your client base requirements, ensuring that they accurately meet both the coach operator and supplier expectations. Continually build and improve relationships with our clients and suppliers (including visits when required).

Key Responsibilities
- Embeds, promotes and demonstrates the Albatross Way and our ambition to develop our people with passion and energy
- Assisting the Account Manager to find suitable accommodation for clients tours
- Build and improve our product knowledge, attending product trips and familiarisation trips when required
- Maintain and improve company profit margins
- Assist the Account Manager to achieve/increase sales targets
- Ensure processes are being followed and all administration procedures are being implemented
