We are seeking a Sales Focused Tour Coordinator to join our dynamic Team. This position is a great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator with a track record of effectively building and improving client relationships whilst providing a first class service.
Working as part of a team, you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to contribute to a team environment as well as using your own initiative to manage your own workload.
You must be organised, provide a 1st class customer service and handle multiple and simultaneous priorities from a range of stakeholders and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Provide quoting, confirming and research support to the Albatross Travel Account Managers and be responsible for all allocated quotes within the individual client base; alerting relevant Account Manager immediately, when a complaint/out-booking arises; loading information onto TIF and keeping up to date where necessary; dealing with client/supplier queries and requests in relation to individual quotes; taking direction and instruction from each Account Manager; keeping clients & area reservations coordinators updated with all aspects of the quote; ensuring that the quote and tour screens are kept completely up to date, with relevant information; maintaining client database ensuring all information is kept up to date; checking and actioning all Intranet links (product warnings) relating to quotes; continually building and improving core product knowledge, including attending contracting trips and familiarisation events, when required; continually building client relationships by attending client visits with the account manager wherever possible; contact clients via telephone whenever possible.
