Package: Circa. £18,500, 25 days Holiday pa, Pension, Childcare Vouchers, Employee Assistant Line, Travel concessions and more.
The Role: Scenic and Continental Car Tours, part of The Albatross Group, are seeking Operations and Administration Support to join their dynamic and growing team. Working in Larkfield, this is a very varied and self-motivated role. Building, selling and operating self-drive tours to the Classic and Performance car market, you need to be well driven, passionate and have excellent communication skills.
Location: Larkfield
Type of role: Full time, permanent (part time hours will be considered but these must be over 5 days)
Hours of work: Mon – Fri 9.00 – 17.00 although additional hours will be required, especially at peak times. Part time working will be considered but this must be over 5 days per week.

Responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and suppliers to take bookings, answer enquires and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information
- Updating and maintaining client and supplier database detail and continually building and improving client and supplier relationships
- Entering quotes onto the system and sending offers to clients, issuing contracts to hotels and clients along with back up material where necessary
- Assisting the group’s relationship manager in planning clients programmes and where necessary follow up on quotes and book any additional services required
- Requesting space at hotels and negotiate rates where appropriate
- Issue customer invoices in line with the tour payment term and ensure that these are sent within the timelines
- Create and send accurate documentation to all relevant suppliers i.e. rooming list, passenger list, travel manifest, passenger numbers
- Prepare & issue passenger travel packs
- Attend, oversee and promote Scenic Car Tours at applicable trade shows/events as require (Please note that this may entail work over some weekends)
- To provide 24 hour emergency phone cover on a rota basis
