We are seeking a People and Administration Services (PAS) Office Administrator (OA) to join our dynamic Support Team. This position is a great opportunity for an office administrator with a track record of effective workload management and communication.
You will be responsible for office and general administrative duties for the Albatross Group in the UK including the maintenance of a safe working environment. The OA will be expected to run their own day to day workload requirements, work independently to tight deadlines and support the work undertaken by the PAS team.
Working as part of a team, you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to contribute to a team environment as well as using your own initiative to manage your own workload.
You must be organised, provide a 1st class customer service and handle multiple and simultaneous priorities from a range of stakeholders and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Some of your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for our visitors as well as general reception duties; being responsible for the company post both incoming and outgoing; managing and ordering office stationery and all other items required for the effective, efficient running of the Group offices; assisting the Office Manager (OM) in all tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office inclusive of assisting the OM with Health and Safety.
