Role Overview
Design, creation and distribution of customer travel documents to agreed specifications and deadlines. Continually build and improve relationships with our customers and suppliers (including visits when required).

Key Responsibilities
- Research, request, capture and update all supplier information required for future travel packs.
- Implement measures to improve our service, providing accurate information.
- Update and maintain our system and data base to show latest information.
- Review and design all customer/supplier information when unavailable.
- Oversee and review stock control relating to the Travel packs ensuring they coincide with budget, distribution dates and demand.
- Assist customers by collation of any other promotional material required whilst providing individual and respectful attention.
- Check and action all internal information shared that may affect the tour information.
- Demonstrates the Albatross Way on a daily basis

- Ability to design and create visual marketing that inspires, informs and captivates customers using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

- You are an excellent communicator having the confidence to speak to all stakeholders on the phone or in person
- A highly organised individual who is able to use Excel on an intermediate basis.

- All hotels & attractions have professional fact sheets created with a consistent design and are regularly updated.

- You have developed value-added service levels for everyone you work with.
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm in Larkfield.
Package:
Salary £20-24k (depending on experience), 21 days Holiday pa (plus 3 days office closure and a day off for your Birthday each year), Pension, Childcare Vouchers, Employee Assistant Line, Travel concessions and more.
