Role Overview
Look after all tours created by the sales team, ensuring that they accurately meet both the customer and supplier expectations. Continually build and improve relationships with our customers and suppliers (including visits when required).

Key Responsibilities
- In control of all holiday tours from the moment they are sold to our customers until they have travelled, ensuring that all elements of the tour have been booked in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines/response times.
- Timely collation and sharing of information whilst providing individual and respectful attention.
- Checking and sending invoices.
- Building and improving your product knowledge, including attending contracting trips and familiarisation events, when required.
- Promotes and demonstrates the Albatross Way
- Deliver an excellent level of customer and supplier service

Salary £18.5k pro rata, 21 days Holiday pa (plus 3 days office closure and a day off for your Birthday each year), Pension, Childcare Vouchers, Employee Assistant Line, Parking on site, Travel concessions and more.
This is a Full time, working Monday-Friday- 9am – 5pm in Larkfield.
