We are seeking a Europa Account Manager to join our dynamic Team. This position is a great opportunity for an accomplished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for continuously building and improving client relationships and ensure that the client receives an excellent customer service according to their needs. Providing custom made quotes, completing sales and to regularly call prospects and explore new business opportunities to exceed an agreed target.

Working as part of a team, you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to contribute to a team environment as well as using your own initiative to manage your own workload.

You must be organised, provide a 1st class customer service and handle multiple and simultaneous priorities from a range of stakeholders and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
responsible for nurturing and growing existing accounts as well as seeking out new client opportunities; providing regular product feedback to develop existing and creative new product ideas with the team; ensuring that Albatross Europa delivers an excellent level of customer service throughout, from sales stage through to tour realisation; attending and promoting Albatross Europa and The Albatross Group as a whole at applicable trade shows/events in the UK; accompanying clients on product specific familiarisation trips/events to develop sales and promote client loyalty; dealing with any customer care issues for designated accounts including out bookings and/or complaints as appropriate; updating and maintaining client database details as and when required; producing regular reports and statistics in line with agreed reporting procedures as laid out by the B2B MD; exceeding mutually agreed annual sales and GTP targets; developing product knowledge by attending hosted and staff familiarisation trips and product buying trips; covering the Albatross Europa 24 hour on call phone; ensuring all supplier offers are negotiated effectively meeting the “behave with respect and integrity towards all of our stakeholders” Group value; promoting all of The Albatross Group brands to all clients/prospects
