Role Overview
The Area Reservation Coordinators’ role is to provide and service the B2B sales team with sufficient ad-hoc hotel space which offers the client the best rate, brand standard inclusions and terms resulting in a win-win for Albatross, our customers and our suppliers. To also create strong and lasting relationships with our suppliers.

Package
Salary £18.k pro rata, 21 days Holiday pa (plus 3 days office closure and a day off for your Birthday each year), Pension, Childcare Vouchers, Employee Assistant Line, Parking on site, Travel concessions and more.
This is a Full time, working Monday-Friday- 9am – 5pm in Larkfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotes and demonstrates the Albatross Way and our ambition to develop our people with passion and energy
- Requesting and resourcing ad-hoc space at hotels with the best group rates, inclusions and payment terms to suit the client’s needs
- Negotiate rates and inclusions with suppliers ensuring our brand standards are met
- Checking and returning hotel contracts
- Placing mystery tours, out bookings and extra space for events when required
- Communicate with the sales team to understand the needs of the client
- Load new ad-hoc hotel allocations with all of the correct information attached
- Providing quick, detailed responses with good service
- Working closely with the Group Contracting and Contracting Support Teams to ensure we are sourcing the best possible product using the team’s knowledge and expertise.
- Building relationships with hotel suppliers by telephone, email or face to face

- French/German speaking preferred
