Close Connections
Close relationships are fundamental to our success. In most cases, you will benefit from your own dedicated, experienced Contract Manager and Supply & Service Coordinator ready to help you with all troubleshooting and day-to-day queries. Regular visits are made to our suppliers by the Contract Manager to build a relationship of trust and longevity; often they will be accompanied by your supply & service coordinator or some of our sales teams, helping keep product knowledge fresh.
